I can often be found in the garage working on my next DIY project or creating with my kids and husband who are a daily inspiration and the "why" behind what I do. An avid baker, I am often making a new bread recipe, baking homemade cinnamon rolls, or desperately trying to drink the rest of my coffee while it's hot. My mission? To help others create and cultivate a home that they love!

Catherine

Hey, I'm

Creating a serene environment for us to take a breath (literally) and unwind is pivotal to our success when beginning or continuing a meditation practice. Having a dedicated space to relax is also a visual reminder to create the time in the day to intentionally pause and give our minds and bodies a rest.

Above is a rendering of an example meditation space – it can be as simplistic, or as ornate as you like. It should be personalized to you and your needs and create the welcoming atmosphere that makes you plop down and relax while you get back in touch with yourself.

I’ve linked various pieces below that echo this room and that you can easily incorporate into your home. Just a heads up though, some of them are affiliate links – it won’t cost anything different, but I may receive a small commission when you make a purchase.
