What’s In My Closet: Spring & Summer Edition

May 26, 2022

I can often be found in the dance studio (or my kitchen) working on my bachata form or creating with my kids and husband, who inspire me daily and are the "why" behind what I do. An avid baker, I am often making a new bread recipe, baking homemade cinnamon rolls, or desperately trying to drink the rest of my coffee while it's hot. My mission? To help others create and cultivate a home that they love!

What’s in my closet? | Spring & Summer Edition

Have you ever looked at the contents of your closet and felt utterly lost? What happens when you find someone who aligns perfectly with your brand and does what you do – only in a different medium? I recently invested in an updated wardrobe with a personal stylist, and it has been a complete game-changer.

Absolute magic! That’s what happened.

I plan to discuss this topic in more detail in a future post, but I had to share what has been a truly uplifting experience. Read more below to get the scoop!

Check out these options below if you’re looking for stylish pieces to suit you for the current season and beyond. You can find these pieces in my closet, and they make it a joy to get ready for the day!

There is also a sale at many of these stores, making it a win-win!

I felt like a fish out of water when it was time for my styling session. I do this for clients and their homes, so I am no stranger to this process. However, it was entirely strange to experience it when it came to my wardrobe.

I had been “making do” with my existing wardrobe for so long that it was overwhelming when I walked into the store with Jessica – my filter for how to sort items to style and feel and personalize was gone. Not to worry, though, I was guided effortlessly, and we began with a plan to create a foundation and find items that fit me well and fit my personal needs.

Within hours, she compiled a list of pieces that fit well and brought me joy. There was no rushing to purchase but careful curation and consideration – mindful shopping.

Sound like your jam too? Run, don’t walk over to Jessica’s site!

Happy shopping! Are you wondering about your Interior Design style? Take my quiz here 🙂 Get un-stuck in your home!

Cheers!

~ Cat
